Rail Coach Factory (RCF), Kapurthala, Ministry of Railways, Government of India, has released Notice No. A-1/2026 dated 07.08.2026 for engagement of Act Apprentices under the Apprenticeship Act, 1961.

🎓 Educational Qualification
RCF Kapurthala Apprentice Recruitment 2026 के लिए candidate को:

📊 Minimum Marks
Candidate के लिए Matriculation में:
Minimum 50% Aggregate Marks
आवश्यक हैं।
Selection के लिए Matriculation और ITI marks का simple average लिया जाएगा।

अगर candidate के 10th में 70% और ITI में 80% marks हैं:
(70 + 80) ÷ 2 = 75%

🏆 Selection Process
RCF Kapurthala Apprentice Recruitment में कोई written examination नहीं होगा।
Selection निम्न आधार पर किया जाएगा:
10th Marks + ITI Marks → Simple Average → Merit List → Document Verification → Medical Fitness
Notification के अनुसार merit list उन candidates के लिए तैयार की जाएगी जो application submit करेंगे।
Tie-Breaking Rule
अगर दो candidates के marks समान होते हैं:
- Older candidate को preference दी जाएगी।
- अगर दोनों की Date of Birth भी समान है, तो जिस candidate ने Matriculation पहले पास की है, उसे preference दी जाएगी।
Final merit list trade-wise और community-wise तैयार की जाएगी।
💰 RCF Apprentice Stipend
Notification में fixed monthly stipend amount नहीं दिया गया है।
Training के दौरान stipend:
Railway Board द्वारा समय-समय पर जारी rules & directions के अनुसार
देय होगा।
इसलिए इस भर्ती के लिए कोई निश्चित ₹ राशि को official stipend के रूप में claim नहीं करना चाहिए।
⏱️ Training Period
Selected candidates को Apprenticeship Act, 1961 के तहत training दी जाएगी।
Training period और stipend Railway Board के applicable rules/directions के अनुसार होगा।
No Hostel Accommodation: Selected candidates को hostel accommodation उपलब्ध नहीं कराया जाएगा। Training के दौरान रहने की व्यवस्था candidates को स्वयं करनी होगी।

⚠️ Important Instructions
- Railway में apprenticeship training पूरी करने से Railway में permanent job का अधिकार नहीं मिलता।
- Training complete होने के बाद Railway administration के लिए employment देना mandatory नहीं है।
