The National Skill Training Institute for Women, Panipat (NSTI–W) under the Ministry of Skill Development & Entrepreneurship invites applications for the engagement of Guest Faculty on an hourly, temporary basis for the academic session 2025–26.

Vacancy Details & Trades

NSTI (W), Panipat is hiring 1 guest faculty each for the following trades:

1. Secretarial Practice (English) – CTS
2. Stenographer / Secretarial Assistant (Hindi) – CTS
3. Fashion Design and Technology – CTS
4. Cosmetology – CTS
5. Computer Aided Embroidery & Designing – CTS
6. Sewing Technology – CITS
7. Surface Ornamentation Techniques – CITS
8. Electronics Mechanic – CITS
9. Computer Aided Embroidery & Designing – CITS

Eligibility & Remuneration

Educational & Experience Requirements:

Degree + CITS with 1 year of post-qualification teaching or industrial experience in the relevant field;

Or

Diploma + CITS with 2 years of relevant experience;

Or

NTC + CITS with 3 years of relevant experience.

Pay Scale:

CTS Course: ₹200/hour

CITS Course: ₹250/hour

Max Monthly Remuneration: ₹30,000

Note: Engagement is purely temporary and may be cancelled at any time without prior notice.

Q1: Is this a permanent role?

No. It’s an hourly, temporary guest faculty engagement for one academic year only.

Q2: What trades are available?

CTS trades: Secretarial Practice (English), Stenographer (Hindi), Fashion Design, Cosmetology, Embroidery.

CITS trade: Electronics Mechanic, Sewing, Surface Ornamentation, Embroidery.

Q3: What’s the maximum remuneration?

₹200 per hour for CTS and ₹250 per hour for CITS, up to ₹30,000 per month.

Q4: How is selection conducted?

Through a written exam followed by a skill demonstration test.
