🎓 Eligibility Requirements

• Trade Apprentice (ITI): Matric + 2-year ITI in relevant trade (Fitter, Electrician, Electronics Mechanic, Instrument Mechanic, Machinist)
• Technician Apprentice (Diploma): 3-year full-time Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Instrumentation, etc., with minimum 50% marks (45% for SC/ST/PwBD)
• Graduate Apprentice: Full-time degree in any discipline with minimum 50% marks (45% for SC/ST/PwBD)
• Data Entry Operator (Trade Apprentice): 12th pass, with/without NSQF skill certificate, depending on category

🎯 Age Limit & Duration of Training

• Age Limit (as on 31 July 2025): 18–24 years Relaxable by 5 years for SC/ST, 3 years for OBC-NCL, up to 10/15/13 years for PwBD respectively
• Training Duration: 12 months for all apprentice categories

💰 Stipend & Benefits

• Trade Apprentice (ITI): As per Apprentices Act, fully paid by IOCL
• Technician & Graduate Apprentices: Stipend shared between BOAT (Government) and IOCL, plus ₹2,500 by IOCL
• Stipend will be transferred via DBT to Aadhaar-linked bank account
