Eligibility Criteria

• Educational Qualifications:

  • Must Have:

    • Class 10th pass

    • National Trade Certificate (NTC/ITI)

    • National Apprenticeship Certificate (NAC) in relevant trade

  • Minimum Marks Required:

    • 60% for General/OBC, 55% for SC/ST in both NTC/ITI and NAC

• Age Limit (as on 1 July 2025):

  • General / EWS: Up to 27 years

  • OBC (NCL): Up to 30 years

  • SC / ST: Up to 32 years

  • Additional age relaxations for PWD, Ex-Servicemen, J&K domicile, and relevant work experience

• During Training: Consolidated wages per minimum wage norms

• Post Regularization:

  • Pay Scale: ₹29,500 – ₹65,000 (Grade-IV)

• Bond Period: Minimum 20 years of service at the allocated manufacturing unit; intra-transfer possible later according to policy
