Urgent Requirement For ITI Trainees (Freshers) For Production Support Role
Job description- 15 vacancies
Operations : -
- day-to-day Packing operations to meet production targets
- Hold accountability for Packing output and quality
- Ensure adherence to the Packing schedule and ensure Packing operation as per the quality standards within the set timelines
- Adherence to Quality system procedures and ensure compliance
- Ensure adherence to usage of PPEs, safety guidelines and procedures.
- Reduction in wastage in terms of SFG/PM.
- Ensure shifting of all empty bags, polybags etc. or any other waste items to waste storage location
- Ensure excellent housekeeping and hygiene in the plant
- Any other work assigned by Supervisors
Process enhancement : -
- Provide support for implementation of systems and processes that track and optimize productivity and performance targets to ensure effective return on assets
- Work closely with quality personnel to ensure product consistency
- Suggest improvement plan and execution with the help of Production Aggregator and Operations Aggregator
Safety:-
- Ensure adherence to the safety policies and procedures to provide a safe workplace for employees
- Train and Guide all production employees in safety to ensure safe work environment.
