Job description
Reporting Relationship: Direct Reporting to Production Supervisor, Responsible for operating plastic blow molding machines
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Operate Blow molding machines.
- Read and follow manufacturing instructions and data sheets.
- Operation of material feeding system.
- Operate Granulator and Grind scraps.
- Read specifications to determine setup and prescribed temperature and time settings.
- Remove molded product from machine conveyor and do the finishing operation& place at designated trollies or boxes
- Inspect products for any appearance defects or molding defects.
- Ensure conformance to specifications
- Follow safety rules strictly and ensure safety of man & Machine.
Desired Candidate Profile : ITI with Blow molding machine experience/ CIPET, DPT
