Educational Qualification :- ITI Trainees : Candidates must complete ITI in the any trade from a recognized Institute
Graduate Trainees : Candidates must complete B.Sc with minimum 50% of marks from a recognized University. For Reserved category candidates 45% is enough or B.Com pass.
Age Limit :- Candidates age must be in between 18 to 35 years as on 01-09-2020.

General conditions-
a) Reservation as per Govt. of India Rules

d) The training will be for a period of 3 years only which could be reduced at the discretion of the Company without notice and without assigning any reason what so ever.
e) The training will be at Akkulam factory, Thiruvananthapuram.
f) Those who have undergone training once in the Company under this scheme are not eligible to apply.
