Northeast Frontier Railway (NFR) has released the Centralized Notification No. NFR/NAPS/ACT APP./2026 for engagement of 6777 Act Apprentices under the Apprentices Act, 1961 for the training sessions 2025-26 & 2026-27. Candidates having 10th Pass with ITI (NCVT/SCVT) in the relevant trade can apply online from 20 July 2026 to 19 August 2026.

🎓 Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification
- Passed 10th (Matriculation) with at least 50% aggregate marks.
- Must possess ITI Certificate (NCVT/SCVT) in the relevant trade.
- For Medical Laboratory Technician trades, 10+2 with Physics, Chemistry & Biology is required.
⏳ Age Limit
- Minimum Age: 15 Years
- Maximum Age: 24 Years
Age relaxation is applicable for SC/ST/OBC/PwBD candidates as per Government rules.
💰 Stipend
Selected candidates will receive stipend as per the Apprentices Act, 1961 and Railway Board rules.

Selection will be based on:
- Merit List (Average of 10th & ITI Marks)
- Document Verification
- Medical Examination
