🛠️ Key Points 📍
✔ The vacancies are divided into two main categories:
👉 Fabrication Assistants (e.g., Sheet Metal Worker, Welder)
👉 Outfit Assistants (e.g., Fitter, Electrician, Mechanic, Machinist, Crane Operator, etc.)
✔ Reservation for SC/ST/OBC/EWS is applied as per Government of India rules.
✔ PwBD (Persons with Benchmark Disabilities) reservation will be as per GoI guidelines.
🎓 Eligibility Criteria
✔ Educational Qualification:
Candidates must have passed the required qualification as mentioned in the official notification (depending on the post).
For most technical workmen posts, a relevant ITI trade qualification or equivalent is required.
✔ Experience:
A minimum relevant work experience (usually 3 years post qualification) in the same trade is required. Apprenticeship training in the relevant discipline is also counted as experience.
✔ Age Limit:
Maximum age should not exceed 45 years as on 07 February 2026.
Age relaxation is applicable for OBC, SC/ST, PwBD & Ex-servicemen candidates as per Govt. rules (up to 50 years for some categories).
💰 Salary / Stipend
📌 Consolidated Remuneration:
Selected candidates will be paid ₹23,300 per month (minimum).
Additionally, compensation up to ₹5,830 per month may be given for extra hours.
Raises may be considered based on experience and prior service.
🧪 Selection Process
The selection will consist of:
1. Practical Test:
• Conducted for 100 marks.
• Minimum qualifying marks vary by category (UR: 50%, OBC: 45%, SC/ST/PwBD: 40%).
2. Certificate Verification:
• Original documents to be verified at the time of selection.
3. Rank List & Merit:
• Final selection based on test marks and eligibility verification.
No TA/DA will be paid for attending the practical test.
