The Indian Farmers Fertilisers Cooperative Limited (IFFCO), Phulpur Unit (Post-Ghiyanagar, Prayagraj, UP), has invited applications for Apprentice Training 2026-27 under the Apprentices Act, 1961. IFFCO is offering Apprenticeship Training for the following ITI trades at its Phulpur Unit:
🔹 Trade Apprentice (ITI) – Required Trades

These trades are open to candidates who have passed the High School (10th) with Maths & Science + ITI Certificate with a minimum of 60% marks (5% relaxation to SC/ST).
🎓 Eligibility Criteria (ITI)
- High School (10th) with Maths & Science
- ITI in respective trade (Electrician, Fitter, Electronic Mechanic, Draughtsman, COPA) with 60% marks (SC/ST get 5% relaxation)
Age Limit:
- Minimum: 18 years
- Maximum: 27 years (as on 01/01/2026)
- Age relaxation: SC/ST – 5 years, OBC – 3 years
💰 Stipend (Monthly)
Selected apprentices will receive a monthly stipend as per Apprenticeship Act norms and IFFCO guidelines. The exact stipend will be notified by RDAT/BOAT and IFFCO from time to time.
📝 Selection Process
- Online Examination – Applicants will be shortlisted based on performance in the online test.
- Personal Interview – Shortlisted candidates will be called for an interview.
- Medical Fitness Test – Final selection is subject to medical fitness.
- Apprenticeship Contract – Selected candidates will enter an apprenticeship contract as required under The Apprentices Act, 1961.
